God doesn’t send you to Hell. Humanity was already on its way there when Adam disobeyed a direct order from God that caused the fall of humanity. Jesus Christ is the remedy for humanities fall. He paid the price for our sins, and reconciled us back to God to save us from the wrath to come. He saved us from God‘s own wrath reserved for the devil and his angels.
