My most ideal day is a relaxing day off.
REST, this is a hotly debated subject, but not for me, because I understand what the book of Hebrews said about Jesus. He is our rest and fulfillment of the law.
Sunday is traditionally observed as the Lord’s Day—the day of Jesus Christ’s resurrection many Christians view it as a day of worship. Exodus 20:8-11 records that God gave the Israelites instructions to observe the Sabbath day as holy and to remember it. The early Christians gathered for worship and fellowship on the first day of the week, which was the day of Jesus’ resurrection. Sunday is now observed as a day of worship and rest as a result of this practice that persisted and spread.
