John 17:8 (MEV): 8 *For I have given them the words which You gave Me. They have received them and certainly know that I came from You, and they have believed that You sent Me.
Jesus never stopped giving you his word. He has given us the Logos , God’s word in its context. He also gave us his Rhema, that’s his word as it comes alive in your spirit by an utterance. God gives us his word at the right time and right place for his purpose. He never speaks to us outside of his character or his scripture. Everything God gives us is subservient to his canon of scripture.
