How I practice religion.

Do you practice religion?

This question really depends on how you define religion. My worldview is that religion in many cases would be about man trying to get to God or please God through his works. Religion could also be defined as a system of beliefs, practices, and values.

One of the core beliefs of Christianity is that we cannot earn righteousness with God. God reaches out to men in order to restore, relationship through Jesus Christ and his righteousness alone, through Grace by Faith alone. That’s how I practice my faith.

Ephesians 2:8–10 (MEV): 8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and this is not of yourselves. It is the gift of God, 9 not of works, so that no one should boast. 10 *For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, so that we should walk in them.

Romans 3:23–26 (MEV): 23 For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God, 24 being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, 25 *whom God has set forth to be a propitiation through faith, in His blood, for a demonstration of His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins previously committed, 26 to prove His righteousness at this present time so that He might be just and be the justifier of him who has faith in Jesus.

Romans 10:8–10 (MEV): This is the word of faith that we preach: 9 *that if you confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved, 10 for with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
