How do you know when it’s time to unplug? What do you do to make it happen?
For me it’s time to unplug when I’m not making room for the Lord, giving my family the attention they need, or getting enough rest.
“To unplug” is taking a break from technology or digital devices, such as smartphones, computers, and televisions, to reduce stress and focus on what maters most. This can also imply stepping away from work or daily routines to relax and recharge.
In both contexts, unplugging is associated with taking a pause and disengaging from constant connectivity or activity to promote well-being.
