God rules from where?
Psalm 103:19 (MEV): 19 *The Lord has established His throne in the heavens, and His kingdom rules over all.
This next scripture talks about what God the Father did through his son Jesus at His resurrection.
Ephesians 1:20–23 (MEV): 20 which He performed in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His own right hand in the heavenly places, 21 far above all principalities, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come. 22 And He put all things in subjection under His feet and made Him the head over all things for the church, 23 which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all things in all ways.
