Tucker Carlson interviewed John Rich who stated something to the effect that John Nelson Darby had ties to the Rothschild family and C.I. Schofield was a student of John Nelson Darby.
John Nelson Darby did die in 1882. Cyrus Ingerson Scofield became a Christian in 1873. That’s three years prior to John Nelson Darby’s death. Mr. Schofield excepted his call to the ministry in 1883 and at that time Mr. Schofield also Pastored a church in Dallas Texas. It was highly unlikely that he was a student of John Nelson Darby who died in 1882 and was buried in Bournemouth, England and also lived in England. It’s also doubtful that Darby had ties to the Rothschild family, I could find no link of such.
It was alleged by Marvin Rosenthal in his book The Pre-wrath Rapture of the Church, that John Darby created the idea of a pre-trib rapture. Many scholars referred to that idea as “the big lie”.
There’s a conspiracy theory that the Rothschild family had the Schofield Bible written to replace the King James. This is false because the first Schofield Bible was a 1611 traditional, Protestant King James with Schofield study notes.
Perhaps the influence for a pre-trib rapture came from the early church fathers?, that because the early church fathers saw it in Scripture. To learn more, order the book below.
