Evangelism is important because it fulfills Jesus’ command to share the gospel and make disciples of all nations (Matthew 28:19-20). It is the means by which people hear the message of salvation, repent, and come to faith in Christ. Without evangelism, many would remain unaware of God’s love and the hope found in Jesus. It also strengthens the faith of believers, as sharing the gospel requires trust in God and a deep understanding of His Word. Additionally, evangelism impacts communities by spreading truth, love, and transformation, leading to changed lives and societies built on godly principles.
