Jesus didn’t leave us alone. He promised that the Holy Spirit would not only be with us—but would live in us (John 14:16–17). Just as He sent the Spirit to His disciples at Pentecost (Acts 2:1–4), He sends the same Spirit to you and me today. It’s through the Holy Spirit that we find the strength and courage to keep going, even when things feel impossible (Acts 1:8; Romans 8:26). We can’t do what Jesus asks of us without Him. The Holy Spirit is not just a helper—He’s the power within us, guiding us, filling us, and reminding us we are never alone (John 16:13; 2 Timothy 1:7).
The Holy Spirit empowers us to serve God (Luke 24:49). The Holy Spirit equipped us to do what would be impossible any other way. He is a promise from the father (John 14:26).
