God’s Word is not something we struggle to achieve—it is something we stand on and walk in. Through Christ, the greatest gift has already been given. Salvation, grace, and new life are not rewards for human effort; they are the free gift of God.
The believer’s life is simply the process of walking out what God has already placed within us. We stand on His promises, trust His Word, and allow it to shape the way we live each day. We are not striving to become something God hasn’t already declared—we are learning to live in the truth of what He has already done.
As the Epistle to the Ephesians teaches, we are saved by grace through faith—it is the gift of God. And the Epistle of James reminds us to be doers of the Word, not hearers only.
So today, remember this:
Stand on God’s Word. Walk in what He has already given. Live out the gift.
