It is trust in the authority, character, will, and purpose of Christ.
Words are powerful. They can influence, encourage, and direct. But words in themselves do not carry power apart from the One who gives them meaning. The power is not in our ability to speak—it is in the One we believe.
Our confidence is not in declarations, but in Christ Himself.
That is where the power is.
