What’s your favorite thing to cook?

My favorite thing to cook is gumbo! When you have a grandmother with creole roots, you learn some things. You learn what a good gumbo would taste like. And you also learn what you want and what you don’t want in the gumbo. When my brothers and sister are in the house, I think of that song by Robert Cray; Too Many Cooks in the Stew. I think of that song because we all have a different gumbo style, and it’s hard not to let them help me cook.
Acts 2:46-47 MEV
46 And continuing daily with one mind in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart, 47 praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved.
