When Cross Mission Media began, the vision was clear from the first post – to inspire believers to grow in faith, live with purpose, and walk closely with Jesus in a confusing world, tackling real-world issues from a Christ-centered perspective. That heartbeat set the tone for everything that followed.
In those same early days, “His Authority, His Character, His Purpose” grounded us in Mark 11:22-23 – “Have faith in God.” That kind of faith is built on what God has said, not on what we are saying; our words are only a vehicle to release His authority. We always operate under what Christ has already done, enforcing His sovereignty, never being fraudulent with God’s word.
And “The day of Pentecost was no random miracle” showed how that authority was poured out – not as a random event, but perfectly timed and deeply prophetic. Just as the Law came at Sinai with fire, wind, and God’s presence, the Spirit came in Acts 2 with wind, tongues of fire, and God’s presence written on hearts, gathering the nations for the gospel’s first public proclamation.
